I have extensive experience with leaders in transition.  If you are new to the role or looking to grow into your next role, I help leaders recognize their own issues and build a system for sustainable success.

As a systems coach, my approach goes beyond individual and isolated behavior. I support my clients in grasping the entire system in which the behaviors exist. Through coaching, my clients start to connect seemingly unrelated pieces of the system enhancing positives and solving issues.

 

I have had the honor to serve as a leader in non-profit and for-profit organizations. I have created and run leadership consulting functions and have coached and led multiple start-ups.

Clients typically say that I am skilled at helping them get “unstuck”. By looking at the system and building a scaffold for new behaviors, clients feel confident creating new actions that more closely align with their core values, even when there is risk associated with them.

Fast-paced leaders in sales and technology companies have found success with my coaching. My clients are often those who start out as “resistant” to the idea of coaching but engage meaningfully once the value is demonstrated.

 

When not coaching, I enjoy the outdoors, woodworking, and cooking. I do all of these things with my two amazing boys and an energetic growing dog.  I am looking forward to helping you create your opportunity!
